I was so happy when I received my yearly update for my mutual fund investment.  I was really amazed by how much I gained from my mutual fund investment over the years.  I started buying mutual fund stocks last 2010 and when I started buying the price of stocks is just about 1.5 per share.  Right now the average share of my Save and Learn Equity Fund is around 4.3 per share.  Looking at it I realized that my mutual fund investments already doubled since the time I purchased it.  Wow!  This is really a wise investment compared if I just put my money in the bank.

Many of my friends told me that they don’t want to have credit card anymore because there were time in their life that their credit cards were the one put them into a lot of debt.  I understand how they feel because I been to that situation as well but contrary to them I learned how to discipline myself and learned to use my credit card to my advantage.  One of the advantages of having a credit card is being able to use it in structured settlement payments such as purchasing my laptop and iPad in 3 to 12 months payment scheme with zero interest.  I also take advantage on the freebies every time I used my credit card.  I enjoyed having my credit card without paying my annual membership because I always waive it.

There are many things you can do in taking advantage of having your own credit card.  But of course you need to have proper discipline in using it so that you will not fall into their trap of paying more because of interest.  Always pay in advance and pay full because that is the only way to use your card without paying any added interest.

I am glad that after weeks of struggling to fix my blog I was able to give it a new face.  I am happy with the results of course as it will be one of the address signs for my blogs.  I understand that you have to maintain the looks of your blog as this is the face that your visitor can see every time they visit your website.  I will try my best to keep it as is and I just hope that my new theme will not give me any trouble.

My laptop is on sick leave this week until next, next week and since I can’t live without connecting myself in the net I decided to buy an iPad2 as my new toy.  And speaking of toys I also make sure that I got the famous zombie yoyo for my nephew.  I just couldn’t afford that I will be the only one who will enjoy with my new toy and so I also bought something for him.

 My new toy really brings joy to me and I am so glad that I purchased it especially now that my laptop is absent.  Connecting online outside the comfort of my home is easier than before.

I joined this program sometimes ago however I did not invest yet until I saw my friend posted his earnings in his facebook wall.  I just couldn’t believe what I saw but then that was not the first time he actually posted his earning.  I don’t know how it works until he teach me on how to get started.  As soon I learned about it I did not waste anytime and invested and I am happy doing that because I can see the progress real time.

It is another weekend and as usual our neighbors are having fun with their karaoke.  I can’t help myself but to applause them for their well verse voices.  It is a natural sight in our neighborhood during weekend that I learned to like because it does not only make a festive mood but it also promotes a good camaraderie among neighbors.

Music is indeed one of the best ways to bond and have fun.  I been living here in our area for more than 10 years and music is always one of the great way for us to hang out.  I don’t sing well but at least I can listen to their good caliber voices.

After my grand vacation it is now time to tighten my budget and replenish my savings.  I have to admit that even if I had a Great deal in vacation packages that I get it still slash a great amount of my savings.  Not that I regret of spending more during my vacation because I really enjoyed it but it is the fact that I need to always be prepared in anything that might happen along the way that is why I need to save while I can.

Right now, I have to make sure that I don’t have any unnecessary expenditure this way I will be able to put it back in my savings.  One thing that I will also make sure is to really keep track of my budget and put more in my savings bank.  I know I can do it as I am trained to do it.  I also need to make sure that I pay my credit card on time because lapses mean interest and it means other expenses.  On that category I can say that I am already an expert so I don’t have any problem on that.  Last but not the least is refraining myself in checking out the malls because it is what driving me to buy on impulse.

I am browsing the web for the best exercise to flatten my tummy when I came across to apidextra review and learn how I can take advantage of this diet pill. As much as possible I wanted my journey to thin to be all naturals however getting help from a diet pill is not also a bad idea especially when you are trying to speed up your journey.

Aside from having a proper diet I also would like to put more efforts in my habit of getting more exercises than I usually do.  I know that I can do it but then again my challenge is how to maintain it every single day.  Oh well, right now the important thing is I know that I already started.  I just need to drag myself out of bed early in the morning especially during weekdays.  Hmm… not a really a bad idea.

Summer vacation is over but I still remember the fun and exciting things I did last week.  It was a total adventure to me but this time it was not within Philippines but I spent my summer vacation in Singapore and drop by in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.  It was indeed a total package in what I so called grand vacation.  I know that I spent so much for that get away however I will always cherish the memories.

While I was in Singapore I take much of my time exploring the country and went to popular places there like Universal Studio, Esplanade, Marina Bay Sands, China Town, Little India, Bugis, Orchard and many other big malls.  Exploring Singapore is really exceptional.  Of course I did not forget to buy small things there such as clothes and other accessories.

After Singapore, I decided to also drop by at Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.  I enjoyed the city tour because that was when I had a face to face meeting with the famous Petronas Tower and the Castle of their King.  I also enjoyed buying small stuff like wooden switch plate covers, Petronas Tower memorabilia, Beryls chocolates and clothes.

And now, thinking about it I think I have to plan for another trip but this time to another country.  What do you think?
